1. How did you get the name Bodawg?
My son when he was little always liked Bulldogs but could only say Bo-dawg. I always liked the animated bulldog as a logo, so, Bodawg was started.
2. Why are you selling movies? Why not something else?
My Mother battled Cancer in the early 90's and was not able to get out of the house very much. She always loved movies and started watching them more and more. She would give me a list of movies to find and a lot of them I was having a hard time finding. I started dealing on the Internet finding and buying some of then and quickly realized there was a need for a Rare and Hard to Find movie company. I started in 1996 and have been doing this ever since.
3. Why should I do business with you? Why not someone else?
We have been in business since 1996, and are also celebrating our 14th year on the Internet. We do business the old fashion way. We take credit cards on line and do not force you to deal with a 3rd party credit card vendor. We handle any problems right away by respecting our customers. We don't try to excuse the problem away we take care of it. We will respond to your e-mails and work hard at finding the movie in the format you are looking for.
4.Where do you get all your movies?
We have a large stock of DVDs, Videos and Laser Discs. We also have a network of Warehouses, Distributors and Dealers we can access for rare movies. We buy some from individual collectors and from folks just wanting to sell a movie or two. It may take us a while be we eventually find the movie.
5. How do you ship your movies?
We ship out the movies using the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail with a return receipt. We ship the movies in a special made Postal Service "Video" box with packing for protection. We do not ship "Media Mail" in bubble wrap envelopes. You are not responsible for any shipping problems with your Movie, we are. We will, upon request, ship over night or use another companyof your choise.
6. What is your return policy?
If there is a problem with playing the Movie, you can return it within 30 days. We will also refund yourr shipping both ways. However,if you don't like the movie or because the movie is an older movie and the quality is not up to todays standards, that's not really our fault.
